Bento box for the week of 1/14
Ever since my mom went back to Taiwan I've been cooking myself try to save me few bucks for feature gadgets. This also allows me to indulge in one of my bigger passions (beside masturbation).
Not all of them are mine (my bro's included). What I have in the menu is 魯肉飯, 台灣香腸, 蔥爆牛肉, 炒豆苗, 炒飯, and some side dishes (like over easy egg). and the last 滷肉. I've attempted to cook it more of commercial style (在店裡面賣的 style) then just normal home cooking style. This involes using 五花肉 instead of normal 豬+牛絞肉 combination to produce more fat then usual. And this is my first time using 冰糖 rather then regular sugar to stew the pot. Result ain't so bad. yum-o Cheers
