I’m back again

Media_httpi3yesasiaco_xwjce
Well well well, i'm back again, but why? Because Se7en's coming out with a new album on Nov 1st, and if you still don't know yet, I'm acutally a big fan, so start bashing me if you like. And I have one pre-orderred at yesasia.com. Since we are on the subject, and to just make it worse, I also know that he won't have any new album next year, and will have an English album out too. So to those who wonder where I had been, I was acutally alive and kicking! (and following se7en's news)

Ferrari with 4WD

Media_httpwwwblogsmit_wmaay
According to Italiaspeed, it seems you may be able to equip your next prancing horse with an all-wheel-drive system. The so-called "insertable 4WD" can be equipped in both Ferrari's front engine and mid-engine vehicles that is controlled via a computer by sensing the loss in grips when situation occurs. The primary advantage of insertable 4WD system over other 4WD system is also allowing the driver to choose between traditional RWD or 4WD. The insertable 4x4 system is contructed based on the traditional RWD layout where the main driving wheel is connected to the engine through gearbox and clutch arrangement. But the new insertable transmission presents a second clutch "which on one end is connected with fixed transmission ratio to the secondary driving wheels," say Ferrari (Translated by Italiaspeed). The system also transfers torque to the front wheel if the computer senses the difference in tire rotation between front wheel and rear wheel. Essentially it functions similar to Limited Slip Differential (LSD) we have on most of the sports cars nowadays. Based on the article, the system performs very well but the system can only be activated for very short period of time under high speed and the mechanism is prone to overheating. Therefore, the article did not address any specifics on whether this issue may carry onto production, we can only hope it should be resolve at the end of the production for these blood-sucking vehicles. But, I don't suspect any readers on this site could possibly afford a Ferrari any time soon anyway. Source: italiaspeed.com
